1.1 Payment takes place in advance by means of bank transfer or Paypal.

3.1 Affordabletech cannot stand for the possibility of providing all products. When a shortage occurs the buyer will be informed and full amount will be paid back.
3.2 Delivery takes place after the invoiced amount on the affordabletech account has been received. Delivery takes place, if possible, within 2 working days after the amount has been received. We offer a wide range of products and they will be sent directly from Ireland.
3.3 affordabletech is authorized to send the delivery in parts. The extra costs of these shipments will be taken on by affordabletech.
4.1 affordabletech is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the delivery of the products.
4.2 affordabletech is not responsible for any damage during the transport of the products.
4.3 Periods called at 3.2 are considered as an indication and not as fatal period. Affordabletech is never responsible for damage as a result of overshooting of this delivery period.
4.4 If a product has been delivered imperfect or if delivery fails, the consumer has a term of 3 days to inform affordable tech of these imperfections in a written manner.
5.1 Exchange is only possible if the delivered product is returned in original and unopened state and the delivered product are in possession of affordable tech within 4 days after delivery.
5.2 Costs which result from a desired exchange (for example shipping costs) are carried by the buyer.
6.1 affordabletech calculates the shipping costs per order. The costs depend on the type of delivery. The costs are visible in the shopping cart.
6.2 affordabletech reserves the right to demand an insured shipment for orders outside of Ireland. The consumer can refuse this requirement by informing affordable tech directly in a written manner, which automatically initiates the annulment according to condition 8.1.
6.3 The buyer is responsible for extra costs resulting from the delivery of goods, like additional postal fees.
7.1 The buyer is obliged directly after receiving, to inspect delivered goods thoroughly on issues and, at presence of it, inform affordabletech directly in a written manner. If the buyer does not inform affordabletech within 3 days after the day of receipt on these issues, which could be noticed at thorough inspection, After 3 days the buyer is considered to agree with the condition in which the goods have been delivered,
7.2 affordabletech offers exclusive supplier warranty. These expire at improper use of the delivered products.
7.3 Manufacturers’ warranties do not cover:
-replacement consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses and recording or playback heads,
-improper use of the product,
-damage resulting from repairs performed by non-certified technicians,
-damage caused by external factors such as accidents, internal or external shocks, lightning, power spikes, rust and sand.
Should the manufacturer not honour the terms of the warranty for any of the mentioned reasons, affordabletech will not be held responsible.
In cases where the manufacturer’s warranty is not applicable, the manufacturer will provide the customer with an estimate repair fee. If you would like your product(s) to be returned to you by the manufacturer without any repairs being carried out, administration charges may apply. Should you choose to abandon your product altogether, no additional charges will apply.
You have 3 months to accept or reject the quote and pay the amount due. If we do not hear from you within this time, we will assume that you have rejected the quote and abandoned your product. No compensation will be issued.
7.4 When applying for warranty, product must be returned to our store for repair with the original box and accessories. If a new product has to be sent in exchange for the damaged one, it will be sent directly to the customer. You as the client must enclose a copy of the receipt/invoice. Please enclose a brief note about the problem in the product and the address where the package has to be returned. All must be in printed forms. All delivery charges are at the clients cost. If any of the above documents are missing, warranty claims may be delayed or declined. Affordable tech will not take responsibility for any damage caused during the shipping of return.
7.5 Our goal for every order: a satisfied customer. Therefore besides warranty for defects, we also give you a 3 days money back guarantee! If the product is not what you expected or if you have changed your mind, you will get your money back. Money back does not include the delivery or shipping cost. We do require that the product is sent back at the customer expense in its unopened original packaging within 3 days after your order was delivered. However for hygiene and safety reasons affordable tech do not offer money back guarantee on the following Categories: earphones, headphones, xenon hid and diagnostics tools.
The legal guarantee concerning product conformity does not apply in some cases:
-when damage is caused by external factors such as shocks, lightning, power surges, rust and sand.
-when damage is caused by the customer’s non-respect of the manufacturer’s instructions regarding the use and installation of the product,
-when damage is caused by the customer’s misuse of the product
-when the customer is aware of damage to the product at the time of placing their order
Please note: in order to qualify to get your money back, you must first contact the helpdesk and await instructions before sending back your product
Cancellation of orders
8.1 A consumer has the right to cancel their order within 3 days upon the receiving the products. Within this period the consumer must inform affordabletech of its cancellation in a written manner. After confirmation from affordabletech, it is only possible to return the product in its original (unopened) state. Affordabletech will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
8.2 If the period called at 3.2 has been expired by more than 2 working days, the consumer has the option of cancelling the order free of charge. The consumer must always indicate that the order has to be cancelled in a written manner.
Products purchased on this website will be delivered to Ireland and the EU only. If your product is shown to be “in stock” on our website when you place your order, the number of days between the order date and the date that the carrier first attempts to deliver to the given address can be calculated as follows:
- Dispatch time (24-48 hours) = payment validation + order preparation + parcel collection by carrier
- Delivery time of your parcel(s) according to the carrier you have chosen. Carrier delivery times start from the moment you receive an e-mail confirming order dispatch.
Dispatch and delivery times are given in working days. Parcels sent are usually delivered within 1 to 3 days, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed before noon will be dispatched the same day if the product is shown to be “in stock” on our website when you place your order.
- affordabletech does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event.
In the event where you do not receive your package in the indicated time frame, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
